Refund Policy

Standard Returns
Customers may request a return within 15 calendar days of receiving their blanket. To qualify, the item must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging and tags. Items that have been used, washed, altered, or are missing parts of the original packaging are not eligible for return. Refunds will not be issued for final sale or customized products.

Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, customers must contact us within 15 days of delivery. Claims must include the order number and clear photo or video evidence of the issue. We will review the claim within three business days. Once approved, a replacement will be sent, or a full refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please note that refunds may take five to ten business days to appear, depending on the payment provider.

Change of Mind Returns
Returns based on personal preference or dissatisfaction must also be initiated within 15 calendar days. Products must remain in unused condition with original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in these cases. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit. Once received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued promptly.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on personalized or custom-made blankets, items that have been used or washed, products returned outside the return window, or those marked as final sale.
